Bold tones and interesting compositions are in nearly ever photograph taken by Kertesz. His angles are also a huge part in his success as he doesn’t take a photograph in the perspective as the majority of photographers did in those days. This photograph was part of a project he titled “Paris at night”. Using the long exposure camera he had, Kertesz battled with the problems he ran into. This is one of the reasons i am researching him as i want to push myself into unknown situations so i can test my knowledge and abilities to create interesting and high quality images.
